Charcuterie boards are a functional and beautiful way to impress friends, family, and even your buyers! Have you ever seen an amazing spread and thought, “I can do that”, but have no idea how to start? Join Graze by Lex as she walks you through understanding components, building a balanced board, and even pairing suggestions. This is a hands-on event, you will be provided with a selection of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments, boards and serving tools for class use, as well as an ingredient list and pairing guide to take home.
